Beautiful summer resort. Entirely pedestrianed, a real peace haven free from cars.
The mountains are shared by cyclists and pedestrians, to the delight of all.

Visited in July 2020, a fabulous resort with multiple hiking routes to please keen walkers. The Multipass gives access to all the chairlifts and gondolas.

We spent the Christmas of our dreams at this superb resort. Lights everywhere, charming shop staff, sensational activities, a fireworks display for Father Christmas, free sweets, mulled wine, hot chestnuts, hot chocolate, popcorn, and horsedrawn sleighs around every corner. To experience that true Christmas spirit, Avoriaz is the place to be.

Very pleasant resort, lively even in summer. Plenty of hiking paths and mountain bike trails to explore. Easy access to the surrounding area with many of the lifts open. Fantastic holiday.
And the Aquariaz water park is great on a rainy day.

We just spent a wonderful week at Avoriaz with our two grandchildren: Valentin, aged 10 and Olivia, aged 7.
The children loved their holiday, with the multiple activities suitable for their age group and supervised by competent organisers.

Winter: fabulous ski slopes and facilities that get better every year.
