The Mil8 restaurant

A chic and elegant brewery in the heart of the resort.

Le Mil8 74110

Morning Menu & Menus (7:30 am – 10 am)

To start your day right, come and enjoy a breakfast that is as indulgent as it is healthy, made entirely from homemade products such as cakes, brioches, and pancakes prepared by our pastry chef, accompanied by delicious homemade spread. Our guests also have access to gluten-free and lactose-free corners as well as “superfoods” corners with chia seeds, almonds, cranberries, and dried fruits. And since Haute-Savoie is the land of cheese and charcuterie, you can’t miss the treats sourced directly from local producers.

Lunch Menu & Menus (12 pm – 2 pm)

During lunchtime, the restaurant and its terrace, located at the base of the slopes, welcome skiers and hikers for a friendly lunch. On the menu, there are sharing platters, beautifully presented street food (truffle croque monsieur and farm ham), and sublime mountain dishes (risotto with morel mushrooms), all prepared with good local products. To finish, there are indulgent desserts in jars (rice pudding with caramelized salted candies).

Dinner Menu & Menus (7 pm – 9:30 pm)

In the intimate atmosphere of the restaurant on the ground floor, the plates at Table du Mil8 become elegant, light, and refined with Asian, sweet, and savory notes: local meats, mountain pork or veal, mingle with land and sea or glazed carrots, while royal pigeon, roasted on the bone, indulges in beetroot ketchup when ravioli is adorned with langoustines and butternut squash takes various forms. For desserts: chocolate, chestnut, indulgence, and seasonal fruits!

A half-board option is offered to hotel residents, only during the winter season (€45 per adult / €20 per child under 12 – drinks not included).
