Find 2 types of ticket offices: Automatic ticket machines and staffed ticket counters.
Automatic ticket machines:
Buy or reload your pass at one of our automatic machines:
- Avoriaz / Ticket office at the station center, next to the Tourist Office (24/7 during the season),
- Avoriaz / « Falaise » neighborhood, in the lobby of the Elinka residence (24/7 during the season),
- Avoriaz / Station entrance parking (24/7 during the season),
- Avoriaz / Bottom of the Proclou chairlift (during the chairlift’s operating hours),
- Morzine / Bottom of the 3S Prodains Express cable car (during the cable car’s operating hours),
- Morzine / Bottom of the Super-Morzine gondola (during ticket office hours – see below),
- Montriond / Bottom of the Ardent gondola (during ticket office hours – see below).
Accepted payment methods: credit cards.
Ticket offices with staff
Accepted payment methods: credit cards, cash, checks (ID required), holiday vouchers.
- Avoriaz / Station center (next to the Tourist Office): Every day during the winter season from 08:30 to 16:45.
- Avoriaz / « Falaise » neighborhood (Lobby of the Elinka residence): Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays during the winter season from 08:45 to 16:45.
- Avoriaz / Prodains (Top of the 3S Prodains Express cable car): Every day during the winter season from 08:30 to 17:00.
- Morzine / Prodains (Bottom of the 3S Prodains Express cable car): Every day during the winter season from 08:30 to 17:00.
- Morzine / Village center (Bottom of the Super Morzine gondola): Every day during the winter season from 08:30 to 17:00.
- Montriond / Ardent (Bottom of the Ardent gondola): Every day during the winter season from 08:30 to 17:00.

Don’t wait any longer to ski—purchase or recharge your pass directly online.
First Purchase: Passes can be picked up immediately at the ticket office of your choice or sent to your home (for home delivery: Portes du Soleil passes only, and orders must be placed at least 8 days before the pass validity date, with an additional fee of €3).
Recharge: Pass activated within a maximum of 15 minutes by entering your hands-free card number > Help for online recharging.

- Connect to your account (or create it if you don’t have one)
- Choose your package (resort, date, duration…)
- Enter the card number during the « order » step
- Finalise your order

Lift passes ski/snow
Avoriaz 1800 proposes lift passes for the entire Portes du Soleil ski area, as well as passes for individual sectors of the resort. A whole host of solutions to satisfy the needs and wishes of every wintersports fan.
